Hike and hydratation
The spring is coming, it’s time to prepare your backpacks for your sunny hikes! Don’t forget your flask! During a hike the hydration is extremely important. It is essential to drink water before, during and after exercise. Discover all our advice!
When you practise a sports activity, your body perspires more to help you cool down. A dehydration can decrease the physical capacities. Before, after and especially during physical exertion, dehydration is any athlete’s worst enemy, affecting both the body and sporting performance.
Our hydration advices:
– Don’t wait to be thirsty for drinking
– Increase your quantities of water 2 hours before the effort
– Drink by swallow every quarter of an hour during the effort
– With the height and the cold, drink more!
-Take care of children and make them drink regularly
