Feel the sounds of Sri Lanka
Let’s start the week with music thanks to Cyril Kapelli, a young and crazy Swiss artist more known as Cee-Roo, who loves to play with sounds. He’s used to sample pieces of jazz, soul and funk to give them a new life and a hip-hop dimension to the greatest hits of Michael Jackson, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra or Jimi Hendrix.
He shares his passion for music even through his travels. Following a one-month stay in Sri Lanka, he made this beautiful video, mixing landscapes, culture and way of life of Sri-Lankan people. In short, all these amazing images make us wanderlust! If you are attentive, you will see that most of the soundtrack is made from sounds recorded during his journey.
