In Quechua, to design new products we believe in the know-how of our teams combined with the opinions of our customers : this is co-conception
Thus, the Quechua teams are continuously exchanging with customers; especially on social networks to identify how to improve existing products, or to take decisions about design and colors or future products. For instance, product managers recently asked clients to choose the color they prefer for the next shoes as well as the design of hiking t-shirts for next season.
To answer the best to the expectations and needs of our customers, it’s essential that they take part in the conception process.
The design team also work closely to the Quechua team trail composed of Dawa Sherpa and Emilie Lecomte. These two athletes due to their expertise and requirements help the brand to create better products, always more performing.
Today, the Quechua teams want to go further… they call on your opinion for the whole production process, for each steps from the first drawings to the product’s commercialisation in shop.
